Missing Mini-Toolbars or Icons

Affected Software/Reports/DLL(s): EQuIS Professional


Affected Software Version: 5.x and 6.x




The mini-toolbar, icons or the toolbar may disappear (e.g. Save Icon).


Cause/Details: After making customizations to the mini-toolbar, icons or the mini-toolbar may disappear.




1.Close EQuIS Professional.

2.Navigate to C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\EarthSoft

3.Find the toolbar XML files, copy them and store elsewhere as a backup.

4.Delete the files.

5.Reopen EQuIS Professional.
