EarthSoft.EDP.Pro.RegisterFile

Registers the EDD file to the ST_FILE_REGISTRATION table after committing the EDD to the database in EDP Professional (may be format specific). By default, EDP Professional will not register the EDD. When configured, EDDs submitted through EQuIS Professional may cause Enterprise EIA reports to run if agents are defined for 'New Data' or 'Trigger' and the EDD meets the criteria defined for those agents.
