Description: The DQM Exceptions Report by EDD can be used to determine if a data submittal may have data quality issues that deserve immediate attention and may be scheduled as an EQuIS Information Agent (EIA). This update is part of the new DQM Workflow, where the options for Exporting DQM Event Data to Excel replace any need for the previous Qualification Report.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed EQuIS DQM and the DQM Schema applied to the database. The report is included in the EQuIS Professional install when the DQM feature has been enabled during installation. For Enterprise use, the EarthSoft.Reports.Library.63867.dll assembly must be copied into the Enterprise bin directory.

Admin Setup

1.Publish the EarthSoft.Reports.Library.63867.dll to the database (necessary to use DQM).

2.Make sure the dll is not blocked or read-only.

3.Add EarthSoft.Reports.Library.63867.dll to the Enterprise bin folder (necessary to use DQM in Enterprise).

Report

1.Create an EZView Widget in Enterprise from this report, and select to Enable Agent.

2.Select the DQM QAPP Code and Checks on the Data tab.

3.On the EQuIS Information Agent tab, select Limit report to only data within the EDD (i.e. new data).

Note: The EIA process does not, in any way, substitute for an actual DQM data validation.

Data Requirements: All of the RT_DQM_... tables must be populated with values for at least one DQM_QAPP

This report contains hidden parameters: chain_of_custody, facility_id, field_sdg, FieldQualityComment, lab_sdg, only_UN, sample_code, sample_type, task_code, and test_batch_id. To see these hidden parameters, review the rows in ST_REPORT_PARAMETER associated with the DQM Exceptions Report by EDD ST_REPORT.REPORT_ID and change ST_REPORT_PARAMETER.VISIBILITY from 'Y' to 'N'. Be sure to save changes and then open a new instance of the report.
